"I first started going here when Dr Karan was the dentist and she was absolutely amazing. I met the new dentist today and she’s just as good so plan to keep going. I’ve not always had pleasant experiences at dentists and really like this place because they get the job done efficiently and as painlessly as possible. I had a new hygienist today (Katerina I think was her name) and she was very thorough and did a great job! Thanks, Erica!"

"I wouldn’t say it was a horrendous experience but I found it very unprofessional. I have a bridge for my front teeth and it’s been there for 15 years now with no problems. The hygienist here scraped it so hard that the paint came off. She said she thought it’s a build up!! I mean she couldn’t differentiate?? I told this to the doctor and she covers up by saying u have a lot of build up and only she could clean so well! I asked her to paint the area again and she outright denied saying that she didn’t do such superficial things - what the hell!! Am I supposed to live with the scraped paint? Where is the responsibility madam? I would not let any of my friends go to this clinic for sure."
