"Although I've lived in the StoneCrest/Blakeney area for twenty four years, I never really considered Riccobene Dentistry because I had found two different dentists otherwise. Looking for better options as well as covered by my insurance plan, Riccobene was one of my new choices available, so having remembered their name on the building within half a mile from my home, I thought, "Why not?" I called, got an appointment for the next day due to a cancellation, and that started what I would say is going to be a long term friendship with this office. Olivia was so helpful when I first arrived as a new patient. Then Tiffany, the hygienist, came to take me back for X-rays, etc., and that is where I began to realize just how detailed dental hygiene was supposed to be. Not only was Tiffany very efficient in everything she did, but during the entire time I was there, every observation she made, every explanation that she volunteered, was incredible. She is a gift to her patients, a God send, compared to ANY other dental associate that I have ever experienced. I'm sixty eight, so I've sat in a few dental chairs in my day, but this day was amazing to me, all because of this gifted soul. Tiffany is an extremely intelligent person who fell in love with dental hygiene, and that love just shines as you realize you're being cared for by her amazing, skillful hands and very personable demeanor. I also briefly met Dr Austin who came across as a very caring dentist, as well as very easy to communicate with. I don't write reviews very often, but when I do take the time to pen a few words, I mean to be very sincere. I never expected this experience today. I DID expect a reasonable service at an upscale dentist office, but I DID NOT expect a seat in First Class when I thought I was flying coach. Loved the modern office, the staff, and most importantly the thrill of knowing that I've found a new home when it comes to dental care. Thank you Tiffany, Olivia, and Dr Austin.
