"The owner here made my cousin feel completely uncomfortable. He invited her into his office, closed the door, asked if she had a boyfriend and then told her he could give her discounts. Very unprofessional and very inappropriate. Your customers should always feel safe"
"BUYER BEWARE!!!! I understand this is a used tire shop, but they will damage your property and not let you know. They will try to sell you a bad tire if you don't pay attention. They will try to sale you the wrong size tire for your car."
"This used to be my go to for used tires. I went for an used tire (I should have checked but I trusted them) and they plugged my old tire on the outside wall. Big no no. Came outside next day, tire was completely flat. Went back and they gave me an used tire for no charge. Tire went flat less than 3 hours later and it was the wrong size. It was not my rim. I don’t understand why he would do that. They have 8500 tires (a lot of tires). If he couldn’t help me he could’ve said that. Used tire buyers beware. This is my first review on Google ever. I hope that lets you all know how serious this review is."
"Stanley is a awesome salesman! The used tires are priced fairly and the service is quick. You are in and out within 15 mins. If you have an issue with the tire within 5 days, he will fix it."
"My experience going to this shop was poor. I stated what size tires i wanted and how many. They said they had them in stock. When i saw what tires they were actually putting on my car, it was a smaller tire. They said it was "like the same" and that they only had one tire in the size. I told to install the one tire. They didn't balance the tire and when i asked why they weren't going to balance it, they said that type of tire/rim doesn't need a balance. They said i needed brakes. I'm not sure what they based that off of because i installed new brake pads and rotors the first weekend of this April. Lastly, as i was driving home, the car didn't drive right. I checked the wheel once i got home. The tire pressure was 55 psi. They filled it to about 53 psi (pressure builds as the tire gets hot.) The max psi for the tire is 50 psi. Normal is 32 psi. I will not be going back there."
