"Decided to purchase dishwasher at store and found good model for $800 in black color. Sales manager wrongly ordered gray one so I had initiated replacement after first delivery. Later they have charged me $1200 for replaced black model and did refund just $800. Sales manager directly told me I will get $1200 refund but later rejected to follow initial promise. So I have been charged extra $400 just because asked to deliver me model I have initially ordered. It is time to switch to other sellers. Lowes solved my problem once I called number mentioned in review."
