"Dont use this shop I even quit because he was using parts from a different vehicle in the lot to fix a vehicle and then say someone stole parts off the vehicle he just took the part from. He would charge people $4000 and tell them its full rebuild and did nothing to it but spray painted the torque convertit then put back in. And give them a 6 month warranty cause its not fixed and they will bring it back"

"I'll put five stars for now as we continue to wait to find out the results of this warranty work. Get it done scoob I can forget about all of this time if you get me back on the road and I don't have to bring it back to you for the 6th time. My company has already lost tens of thousands waiting on you for all these months."

"Negative and Unprofessional experience. I would give zero stars if I could. I went to this business and had an appointment set, that I waited a week for. I passed up an appointment, at a reputable place in Madisonville that would never do the following: As I arrive there, to Scoobs Place, at my scheduled time n date, my appointment was canceled for no reason (except to be told that they were too booked up that day, even though I had an appointment since a week prior and had ordered the car part and confirmed, as well) No one called me to cancel or reschedule. Also, I wasn’t even put back on the schedule, when I arrived & was turned away, I was just told to give a call the next week. Why? So u can do this again? Newsflash “Scoob” you lost a great customer!!! I’d never go there again n I take what I said back, I’m not glad I found y’all !!!! You messed my whole weekend up since I had plans to drive two hours out of town n couldn’t drive that far, with my car problem!!! It’s RUDE what you did, bc if u had any consideration and cancelled w me I could’ve gone elsewhere and not wasted my week, waiting on you!!!!! Lastly, I’m glad I didn’t get rescheduled. You Prob woulda done the same thing, the following week! Lame and Unprofessional.... Attention: Potential customers I Highly Don’t recommend this place"
