"Excellent service I needed a hitch for my car to tow a small trailer I called around, and got several prices. These people had the best price and new exactly what I needed I got an appointment and arrived 5 mins before allotted time, they immediately took my car back and started work. I was directed to their waiting area, where they had coffee etc and WiFi I was told it would take about an hour and sure enough 1 hr later it was all done Highly recommended"

"This company is unbelievably good at what they do. Several months ago I had them install a 7 pin connector and brake controller on my Highlander. I didn’t have a trailer at the time but planned to buy a small camper. A few months later I bought a camper and the wiring and brake controller worked flawlessly. Today while driving to a campground, the trailer cable disconnected and got dragged for long enough to damage the connector. I mentioned to them that it had happened once before but I caught it early enough to avoid serious damage. They replaced the connector for me and rerouted the cable on the trailer such that this issue shouldn’t happen again. I love the quality of work and attention to detail and their real expertise in what they do. It just seems very rare these days. If you need a hitch and wiring install and/or a brake controller installed, this is the place."

"Needed a hitch for my bike rack but the service department at the dealership didn't offer this type of work. They recommended Raleigh-Apex Hitch and a couple of others (U-Haul, perhaps). I used the contact form to reach out to R/A Hitch and see if they could install one on my make/model. I received a quick response and estimate. Once I had an opportunity to make the appointment I contacted R/A Hitch to see if they needed to order the part, etc and let them know I was ready to have the work done whenever they were able to fit me in. The part arrived quickly and they were able to take me on the day/time I was available. It was all pretty effortless from start to finish. The work took less time than I expected and the quality was exceptional."

"Raleigh Apex hitch on Highway 55 has to be the most polite dependable and outstanding service for trailers and hitches that I've ever had the experience of experiencing. They installed the wiring and the hitch and the ball, to my 2012 Honda Fit. I had a little trouble with the plug and the magnet not staying on and it would rub off the plug in part on the ground. The connector would get messed up, so they replaced it with no problems. But then after it happened the second time, I had to come up with a more permanent solution. Which they mounted a permanent plug to tge underside of my bumper It's set back to where there's no way that I'm ever going to have to deal with that problem again. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. I highly recommend you take all your trailer and hitch services and business needs to these people. They also deal with racks on top of vehicles which I'm looking into as well. They're family now. I'll not go anywhere else."
