"Store number 08609. Not one staff meeting had a facial mask on and in NC it is a government requirement to wear a facial mask in public places. When asked if a facial mask was required by family dollar stores she replied ‘no’. Unacceptable! I will pass this on to my Nextdoor app and by word of mouth in my residential area. Also, a staff member was in line to make a purchase and due to social distance I as a customer was unable to recognize, but when I got in line he immediately let me know by saying ‘ MA’AM I AM IN LINE!’ and as a person with retail experience corporate always taught if u making a purchase take care of the customer first! Unacceptable service at this store over and over , especially since the new management!"

"I’m a regular customer due to living nearby but I’ll now make a drive at another grocery store. The customer service is disturbing and I’m appalled that’s how they talk to customers. I went to get flash cards from there tonight . I had trouble locating and of course asked the lady. She brushed me off and stated where it’s located. Of course, it wasn’t there and I asked nicely if she could show me. She seemed to have a problem helping me because she was blowing and talking back. I had other items to check out and decided to leave EVERYTHING in that store and go to another store. I had received a attitude the entire time I was in the store!! She’s a Caucasian mid 50-60 year old lady. Family dollar, do better hiring people."
