"I had previously bought some tamales de rajas about a years ago the tamales were disappointing no flavor no salt and were dry. Hadn’t been back since. This morning I called to ask if they had tamales de rajas and dulce the lady on the phone stated they did. Once I made it to the store I was told they only had sweet ones so I decided to just get three sweet tamales and they were flavorless no sweetness at all and dry. How disappointing the tamales and the price might as well drive down to becerra for the tamale lady in her truck. Overall the grocery store itself is good."

"When I picked this place I didn't realize it was a grocery store with a kitchen in the back and I admit I was skeptical at first. You have to wind your way through some isles and a bakery area and then the room opens up. It's full of tables and chairs that have seen better days. On the wall which houses the ordering counter and a window to the kitchen, you will find a smattering of laminated papers touting the daily specials. There is also a screen that cycles through the menu and pictures of various items. The lady working the counter spoke no English and couldn't figure our request for diet coke. After some vigorous gesticulations we managed to get everything sorted. She told us our number and we set down. After about 10 minutes our food came out. The meat was delicious and flavorful. The guac was awesome. The rice and beans were okay. My friend got a burrito the size of a baby's arm. This was also pretty good, but she said she will try something more exciting next time. TL;DR you should try do the thing."
