"I visit this store all the time. The last 2 visits have been the worse and I will not be back. On one trip, I walked in and was not greeted, cool. I went over to the shoe I wanted and waited for them to come ask me for the size, never happened. All the staff were sitting at the counter talking to each other, not helping a single customer. Finally took my shoe to the counter and pointed out that no one was getting helped and they told me I had an attitude.... Next trip, I walk in the door and the smell of weed was so strong it made my stomach turn. There was a big, black guy with gold chains guarding the door. When I responded to the smell he rolled his eyes at me and said "is it gonna stop you from buying shoes?' I should've walked out right then but I'll note that when I went into the back side of the store, away from big dude, the smell was not there. I think this man is selling weed at work, there is no way just the amount you smoke is that strong to where i felt sick like that. I'll just go the Eastway from now on cus I've never had an issue there."

"I love the shoes I purchased for my daughter but when I arrived at the store to pick up my shoes I won from the raffle, I was ignored and they acted as if they couldn't and wouldn't look for my shoes. I presented my I. D. and raffle notification and they still was ignored and told to call the Hibbett hotline.. I wouldn't leave nor be ignored so I guess the associate finally sold me MY shoe. I honestly think he was trying to keep my shoe and sell it to someone else that he knew...."
