"Today was my second time at this location and the second time that I was in the store for more than 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Luckily, if I really want something I can get it from West Elm. Customer service there is excellent."

"Had the worst experience. Orders 6,000 of furniture etc. Every item was damaged or not correct (i used the design team to place the order) i had the white glove delivery. They left with items inoperable such as drawers not opening. William Sonoma would not roffer credits or deliver new itens, such as the 1,5000 rug from west elm tgat shed so badly you could not walk across it without pieces coming out. No refund and drive to the store to deliver and pick up a replacement. Shipping of products was delayed 3 weeks on original order because they could not find one of the pieces. It was a big deal for me to spend this amount if money to redo a room. Absolutely the wirst customer experience I have had with any company."

"It’s a love hate relationship- love all the decor items and hate I can’t buy them all. Especially now in the fall with Halloween, Thanksgiving, & Christmas items out. The staff is always available if I need them. Throughout the years they have definitely been a help to me."

"Paid $530.00 for a quilt and two shams. Embroidered... Started unraveling in 2 days. Very thin to be called a quilt. I have seen baby blankets thicker. Returned it. While I was at store checked other bedding linen sheets so thin you can read through them, other so called quilts, just as thin. They used to be a quality upper scale store, now all you are paying for is the name "POTTERY BARN". I went to a Home Goods and checked out their bed linens, just as good but better quality for 69.99. Quality is expected with the prices Pottery barn charges and it is not being delivered. Sad."

"Wonderful selection of interior design elements including wall decors, furniture, candles, pillows, and outdoor decor as well. Pottery Barn has an unmatched selection of things you need, and may not know you need, for your home or office. The prices are a little high compared to Target or Walmart, but the quality of their products is impeccable. Customer service is also top notch, as an associate asked me if I needed help as soon as I walked into the store. Very attentive and polite!"
