"I should have left when I walked in. Only two people there getting nails done . I saw four technicians but I had to wait. Then rudely told to go to the last chair sit with feet in water until it was cold. Started to leave again girl came up with dirty equipment one brush was worn out and had a hair on it. I wouldn’t let them use the brushes or pad for feet because they were not clean. I had a nail that needed attention that’s the only reason I continued. The technician never looked at me. She was not happy I called them out on dirty equipment and she never offered to get clean ones she just put them in a drawer."
"Mortified. I've been getting my nails done at salons across the country for over 20 years, and this was hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in the door I was rushed and when I showed the nail tech a picture on my phone of the design I wanted, he rudely snapped at me and said, "I need you to put your phone away because we are really busy since it's a Friday." WTH? I literally took my phone out for 60 seconds to show him what I wanted. Firstly, there were only a few people in the salon and I had made an appointment in advance. Secondly, if I'm going to spend over $100 at your establishment and came to wind down and relax, snapping at me the moment I sit down is not a good look. No one should ever make a customer feel like they are not wanted in their establishment. I was so put off, that I almost just walked out the door at that very moment, but I stupidly gave him one more chance to make things right. I then told him that I wanted dip polish on my nails and gel polish on my feet with a matching color. He frantically started looking through the colors, and kept bringing me the wrong ones. He then told me that all the colors were numbered incorrectly and that he couldn't help me find a color. Are you kidding me? You have "one" job! At that point, I was beside myself, but I got up and started looking through the hundreds of colors myself since he refused to do his job. Since the numbering system was jacked up, I couldn't find the color I wanted, so I asked three other employees on duty if they could help me and all three of them ignored me when I was talking to them. It was unreal—like I wasn't even standing there. Then the nail tech proceeded to tell me that he didn't work there. Excuse me? You are about to do my nails and I made an appointment and now you claim to not work there?! Since the entire staff ignored me and refused to help me, I could not in good faith spend my money there, so I got up and walked out the door. Just unbelievable. I couldn't make this up if I wanted to. I have never been treated more poorly at a nail salon in my entire life. Save yourself the trip, folks. I am still appalled at the unprofessionalism and lack of decency, or service at all for that matter. When I left I went down the street to Asia Nails (see review), and I was treated with respect and moreover like a queen, and was "finally" able to relax and enjoy my trip to the nail salon. The experience was night and day and they even made the time to introduce themselves to me, get to know me, and find me the color I wanted. You have one job, folks, get it right! Thankfully, Asia Nails values their customers, and I even met a woman who had been getting her nails done there for 20 years and she said they were hands down the best in town. It's up to you where you spend your money folks, but this was my experience, so choose wisely."
"I went in as a walk-in and only waited 5 minutes to be seen. I asked for SNS with tips and the women who did them was so friendly and gentle! My nails look amazing!"
"I had Lee, who does such an amazing and picture perfect job. I made an appointment and was seen as soon as I walked in. I showed him what I wanted and he did just exactly that. He never disappoints me. He truly cares about what he’s doing. I highly recommend this place. It’s my favorite!"
"Every time I come here they are so welcoming and friendly. The salon is beautiful and they always do my nails exactly how I want them. This is my favorite salon in town. HIGHLY recommend."
