Nails One

"I came in today, and wanted a full set and a pedicure. They said it was no problem said there would be a small wait, and that was perfectly fine. After waiting for about 15 mins I was told it would be about 10 more minutes. “Perfect no problem!” Then here comes the issue. Another customer walks in, and it looks like she is well know at the salon. She states she called about 30 minutes ago for a full set. Now mind you I have waited for about 25 minutes at this point. The manager I suppose goes off on her phone trying to figure something out, then comes to me after I have been waiting for about 30 minutes at this point grabs my arm, and gets me out of the chair and tells me to go to another salon. She continues to take the nail polish out of my hand, and walk me outside. Unfortunately for me I did not have anymore time to go to another place. Thank you nail one for wasting my time! Just tell people when they get there if you don’t have the time so they can move on with their day!"

"I didn’t have an appointment but they was able to get me right in as a walk-in. I described in detail of what I wanted and that’s exactly what I received! Fare prices and a great atmosphere! However I have seen some reviews and pics that might affect you choosing this Nail Salon so I recommend asking or setting your appt with SKY!!!"

"Friendly, the only reason they get two stars. I left with my nails looking like a 3 year old painted them. The pedicure was just ok. I spent $143.00 for an ok pedicure and powder dipped nails. Sadly, I won’t go back."

"I just left this place and couldn’t be anymore dissatisfied. There was a child of one of the staff members running around, touching my purse, eating other customers foods. My technician was rude. My nails looked absolutely terrible, bubbles all in the acrylic, lumpy they wanted me to pay the total of $103 now and come back Monday and get it fixed. Highly recommend to not ever go in there for anything!"

"A friend and I went here spur-of-the-moment and had a great experience. It was a Saturday, and we had no wait. The workers were very kind and thorough and even offered us a soda."
