"i went in to this store in october of 2023 and purchased a t-shirt. the employee asked if i wanted to sign up for their “completely free” rewards program, and i agreed. next thing i know, i have a reoccurring $14.99 charge on my card. the magazines they insist on being “free” also will run you multiple $11.99 monthly charges. i called the customer service number just to be put on the phone with a very incompetent person who insisted on just lowering my monthly price, and questioned why i wanted to cancel my subscription. after she talked for 4 minutes straight about all of the “benefits” i would receive, she proceeded to say about 8 numbers as fast as she could and told me i had to enter those numbers in order to confirm the cancellation. when i asked her to repeat the numbers, she acted like she didn’t know what i was talking about. when you try to cancel all 3 of your magazine subscriptions, you have to go to ANOTHER website, and create an account. this is terrible customer service all together. this store is literally just a big scam and nothing but fraudulent activity. if i could give this no stars, i would. i do not mean to sound like a karen, however this is not okay to scam your customers."

"The customer service reps were rude on 12/15 around 2:35pm. I was out shopping with my daughter and ran out of hands because I had so many small bags. I stepped inside the store while my daughter was getting her ears pierced. I asked if the FYE employee would let me have a bag to consolidate all my other small bags. She looked at me then asked the employee standing next to her. The second employee said , "No, because people use our bags to steal from our store." I said, "Wow, it's just a bag and I could have paid for it." I guess that what I get for "Shopping while black" at the mall. I would never go back to that store to shop. They are just so rude!"

"Employees are passable. They're mostly teenagers forced to work by their parents, you can't blame 'em. FYE has became obnoxiously overpriced in the last years, and this location’s price gauging made my jaw drop. There's plenty of small businesses in the area that sell records for far better prices that are owned by people who love what they do. These employees aren't passionate or knowledgeable about their products."
