"Steve and his son were courteous and arrived early. They diagnosed the problem and said they would order the part and get it replaced as soon as possible. The part took a month to arrive (through not fault of theirs). Dale came out to replace the drain pump and he was the nicest, most entertaining technician I have ever met. Highly recommend."

"Dryer stopped working on a Sunday night, called Monday morning and said couldn't get me in until next Tuesday, called me later Monday and said they could get me an appointment the next day. Steve was exactly on time that i was told and was quick and professional. Price was exactly were i thought it would cost to repair. R & C was recommended by several people that i work with and i was not disappointed. I am extremely happy we didn't have to buy a new set and my wife is happy she has the dryer working. "I went through my warranty company and used RA&C. Their first technician was 6 hours late. Didn’t even take the back off the dryer, just determined the thermostat was out. It took him two weeks to return the paperwork to the warranty company to order the part. Then another week and a half to get someone scheduled to replace the part. That person burned out the part, told my father he didn’t connect it correctly. We rescheduled again, another week and a half later. That tech no called no showed. They now are telling me I have to wait another week for them to work me on their schedule. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER use them again, with or without my warranty company."
