Family Dollar

"Family Dollar does not abide by their policy as far as exchange I had a shirt to exchange without a receipt and just wanted a smaller size and they said they could not do it."

"On 12-15-23, I came in at 6 pm. on a Wednesday. The two managers, one, referred to herself as a JEW and I stated, and I am a customer. The other one manager too both is absolutely unprofessional, a loud mouth, disrespectful girl. I got no welcome to family doller from NO ONE. The two at the register were both on their phones NO recognition of doing their job, giving wow customer service absolutely unprofessional, Walking past a customer twice and no WORD when I asked if the one professed to be a jew was the manager I reminded them about their customer service policy for this store....this same manager proceeds to tell me to get the f out of my store.....the two managers need to be investigated DO BETTER family doller"

"Store was supposed to be open by 9am and was not I left around 10am and no one there still multiple people came to realize the store was not open as well"

"I received excellent customer service. The workers were VERY diligent and I thought the cashier was an awesome salesman. Great staff."

"When I went in to use the bathroom the manager came out of the bathroom and told me I could "come outta here" I didn't know who he was because instead of being in a uniform he was wearing a denim jacket and jeans with timberland boots on, he stated 3 times I had to come out of here before getting up and walking towards me as if he was going to physically remove me from the hallway. Only then did he state that it was family dollar policy and then I simply left as it was a horrible experience and I would rather support a more friendly and higher effort establishment than this even if I spend more."
