"This practice has been awesome for my entire family. I have needed a couple different procedures and everything seemed fairly priced and the doctors took time to make sure I understood the pro/cons of everything before we start. Highly recommend this office."

"This practice clearly cares more about the money lining their pockets than they do about patient care and communication. There was a scheduling error on their end regarding my husband’s cleaning vs. fillings. Since he is highly anxious when it comes to dental work, he requires medication prior to any work being done. When he was informed that his appointment was for fillings and not a simple cleaning, he said he wouldn’t be able to continue the appointment without medication (and as an established patient, they knew he needed to be prescribed medication for these kind of procedures). The “office manager” (with a poor attitude no qualities of manager in my opinion, but neither here nor there) came in and told him he would need to then pay a cancellation fee BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR. After the THOUSANDS he has spent at this practice for dental care. He refused to pay the fee and walked out. Do not recommend this practice because of their poor communication skills, poor people skills, and obvious love of money over patient."

"Best dentistry in the world! EVERYONE here are always nice and treat you like you are family. It's so clear that Doctor Jiamachello is very passionate about his job. He truly cares for his patients and their oral health. And his dental works is top notch! Grace, Dr Jaimachello assistant is also amazing! Grace is very personable and super kind. Also really good at her job! I will never go to a different dentist. I trust these guys at Laurel Park Dentistry with my life! Also seems like an amazing work environment. It alway mesmerizes me how the staff there talk to one another with so much respect. And everyone is so kind to one another. Will highly recommend Laurel Park Dentistry"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! I called the practice to provide my mother in laws new Insurance Information and instead taking the information the first time, the front desk person was trying to get me to just get an explanation of benefits and didn't even listen that I was trying to give her information of an already established patient! She put me on hold several times to only come back with an answer that didn't even answer the questions I was asking. She then Transfers me to the "office manager" that was extremely rude. My mother in law is not married and has been seeing Dr. Lopez for a while. Her boyfriend was seen in the office and owed $50.00 that they were unaware of and even upon saying they would pay it because they would have paid it if they knew about it to begin with she said they she had dismissed My Mother in law from the practice and refused to reschedule her! She wasn't even the one who owed the money! She has given a lot of money to this practice to just be treated like a Throw away due to $50.00 she would be willing to pay! The office managers demeanor was very unprofessional and refused to ask the provider if they could take care of the balance so she could continue her Dental Care she desperately needs! Again at this point I don't recommend anyone to go to this practice due to the way the staff handled the whole situation! *** Replying to the reply added to the review, the balance was not the patients. The balance was for the patient’s boyfriend. Which I feel should not be reflected onto the patient herself who has spent a lot of time and money at this practice already! Her account does not reflect a balance so she should have not been dismissed from the practice."
