After my car was towed by Buster's Wrecker Service and Auto Repair (also highly recommend), Tim and his crew went to work with our insurance company and this was - by far - the most pleasant and seamless experience my family and I've ever had with a car "wreck". We were visiting the Pigeon Forge area from out-of-town (NC) when our van slid into a ditch, damaging the front bumper and wheels. "Got rear ended in my brand new car. My insurance let me choose the body shop I wanted my car to go to - I happened to pick Smoky Mountain Collision Center and boy am I glad I did!!! I was so nervous that I would never see my car back to its original, beautiful self, (no matter where I took it), but I have to say my car looked stunning when I got it back! There is no sign of damage whatsoever and it looks as new as coming off the dealership lot! Tim was so very nice and patient, and explained the process (of repair, insurance involvement, etc) - I cannot say enough about him and his service!
