"I found TN RV Flexarmor after researching alternatives to a quote I had received from another local RV shop on a total replacement of a TPO roof. The Flexarmor product looked like a great alternative to the traditional replacement with added benefits of durability, a lifetime warranty (transferable), and reports of added insulation. Also, it was about 25% cheaper. I was pleased to learn that there was a local installer and contacted TN RV Flexarmor through their online portal. They responded promptly which led to a phone call and then face-to-face visit with the owner Mike who was very gracious with his time. He walked me through their process and patiently answered all my questions leading to our decision to move forward. Once we delievered our RV to the shop we were treated extremely well. Mike was more than gracious to work through some last minute changes and curveballs we threw his way but he always stayed focused on our satisifaction. In a climate where excellent customer service is a becoming less common, it was refreshing to work with a customer-focused, family-owned business that took such pride in their work. As for the Flexarmor product itself, we are only a month out from the install but I am very pleased and am looking forward to not having to worry about my roof again."

"Just had my new lifetime roof installed on Beauty! What an awesome place !! These folks are the best service business I have dealt with in my entire life. Mike "Fin" Finey and his team did a phenomenal job. Jsut got her back and we are very excited to hit the road for some spring glamping! They also do excellent repairs and installation work. We had a new automatic roof vent installed that senses the weather and temperature, opens and closes as needed. They fixed our slide and installed a new digital antenna, gutters and drip spouts. If you need or want a lifetime warranty roof system for your RV, this is the place to go!"

"Mike and the crew at Tennessee RV Flexarmor are very thorough and professional. We went to the shop before we brought our RV in for roof replacement. Mike was happy to give us a tour and show us every detail of how the process works and what all goes in to getting the job completed correctly. Scheduling was easy and the job was completed in a timely manner. They made sure we went through the RV and checked that everything still worked correctly that they may have touched during installation. Even offering to allow us to stay overnight to be sure. The material they use is similar to Rhino Lining used in truck beds but more flexible. Once it is installed the roof is SEALED better than it ever was from the factory! "I can't say enough good about Tennessee RV Flexarmor!! They deserve bonus stars but they're not available. We had our Flexarmor roof installed at a different location and there were a few issues we needed to have addressed.......NOT with the product but with the installation. Mike and David, the two owners, took a day of their time to investigate what the issues were and notified us of what needed to be done. We scheduled an appointment for 10 days out and they were ready for us when we arrived. Stacy, lovingly know as "The Mascot" was so kind and kept us informed as the work was being performed. Once it was completed, I was invited up on the roof to see what they did. Andre, the head technician, explained everything that was done in details that I could understand! Andre takes great pride in the work he does and it certainly shows! This was a great experience which could have gone sideways. Mike was so kind, understanding and helpful even though he did not originally install our roof. This is a clear indication of how strong their warranty is and how well this company stands behind their product.
