"THE BEST THRIFT STORE IN GASTONIA HANDS DOWN!! I always find clothes that fit my size and style every time. And the customer service is amazing as well."
"we used to like going here for bargains, now everything is very expensive, they have lots of new items, that i can buy elsewhere cheaper, very disappointed, I have been giving them donations for years, but I'm taking them to the salvation army now,"
"They have a great selection of things, different merchandise every time I'm in there, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, i frequent value village regularly!!"
"The prices have skyrocketed! I won't be returning to do anymore shopping there. I was banned from the property for falling asleep behind there. I'm homeless but i am very respectful not to burden others with my situation. I used to love this place. I even went as far as cleaning the mess others made while carelessly "dumpster diving". I was a paying customer for about 5 years and promoted them as well as donated items. The store manager is Max. He is a young wonderful person who has a bright future ahead of him however he should be thankful for all the downtrodden and all the other outcasts that make up his customer base. Don't forget where you came from. Value Village has lost its appeal to those who are temporarily unable to live a dignified life."
"They do not offer access to a restroom, but I guess it’s better that they don’t because like most Value Villages, this store is dirty. Pricing is inconsistent, they hike up the prices for cheap clothing from American Eagle, Target, etc. as if it’s luxury. Any furniture in decent condition is priced as if it were new."
