"The manager Myra is an absolute Karen. They have signs of buy one get 2 free items for Christmas promotion and they are not honoring them and not telling you. The perfect scam. After having Myra yell at me like a child she ran and took the signs down and wouldn’t honor them. The customer service was atrocious and disgusting. I hope Myra has the day she deserves !"
"If I could give a no star rating I will. Trudy the MOD is an unpleasant woman. I will be reporting her to the overall company. How is it that if you have the receipt to a purchase you did yesterday and not return it the next day? Yes, the item was unused the only thing was the box was opened. How would I know how the material will feel but there is no signs before you buy the item, of something that says you can not return if opened that is not on the policy."
