"Coming from a truck driver, these guys need a proper schooling on how to treat the truck drivers who deliver their product. Lazily leaving product sprawled out all over the ground of their already horrendously tight facility to get a truck into and then belittling drivers for having a challenging time navigating the property is asinine. I hope the customers who purchase the products from this business become aware of how they treat the drivers who deliver the very product they are selling. Drivers delivering product is the sole enabler for these guys to even have products to sale. Do better."

Chris was exceptional to work with: finding the exact brick that we needed; getting it shipped from Virginia to Knoxville, Tn; and delivered to our home, and exactly when our brick mason needed it. Chris was very polite and professional each time I called - and went the "extra mile" to get what I needed."

"I have had such a horrible experience with Chris the guy at the front desk , I felt it necessary to write this review , I hate leaving bad reviews for any company, but he really deserves this one , I first ordered my material with him and paid , he said I would get my delivery on Friday the following week, great, I thought! That next Friday comes and around 9-10 I called to get a eta on material, he asked several times who I was , and obviously forgot to even place my order one week earlier, he said he would call me back , but didn’t, each time I called back he wasn’t available, the lady that answered ,explained the order was sent in , after I spoke with chris that morning, the material did show up around 1:00 , I feel the company is great , but every time I went in the store to get extra material Chris had a attitude with me , I got there at 3:35 on Thursday afternoon just before the 4 th of July weekend, hoping to get the final items to finish my project on the long weekend, chris quickly told me I just missed it because they close at 4:00 , the warehouse guy over heard the discussion and said no problem he could get it , so again the company came through, but Chris seems to have it out for me , today I went back in just to get a few more items, again Chris was quick to tell he just sold the last 2 days earlier, when I asked when was he getting more , he replied “to be honest with you I haven’t even ordered anymore “ again the warehouse guy found some that wasn’t exactly what wanted but was close enough to finish my project, I also had planned to start Pavers in the phase of my project using this company, but I changed my mind after today’s experience, I’ll drive to Corbin Ky or any where else before I’ll revert walk in that store again ."
