"My story is not a good one My contractor ordered ViWinTech windows through ABC Supply in Knoxville,Tennessee. After some delays in getting them they finally arrived, but we were one short. It took almost three months! None of the windows were supported with foam or wood on the bottom to protect the nail flange so all of them sustained damage. Three of the windows did not come with the tempered glass as ordered, another window had window sashes 1/2 inch to small. The sliding door didn’t come with the correct color door handles. My contractor spoke with ABC Supply and with the window company personally. Both companies stated they would make it right with the homeowners and the contractor, that has not happened. Now it is late December 2023 and I was just told the last window delivery was put off again until January 17, 2024! I am also still waiting on the three tempered glass sashes. The first window delivery date was October 6, 2023. My purchase had to be paid in full by the delivery date, and it was! This is by far, the worst customer service I have ever received. ABC Supply and ViWinTech windows shame on you! I paid full price for damaged products and my contractor continues to lose money for a job he can’t finish."

"Quick and friendly. Little tricky-you have to blindside into dock, but shorten up trailer and is totally fine. Slide tandems all the way back when you get into the dock. Helps them bunches and they appreciate it. Adding pictures, hopefully Google adds them all."
