"My dealing with winsupply is indirect, but worth sharing. Had a customer purchase a farm sink from here and shipped to the business I do work so we could modify their cabinet to be ready to install. Sink was shipped in to us by UPS and due to it being dropped off and sitting past the 48 hour inspection window, we were out of luck for a replacement due to a crack in the sink. Customer then had to purchase another sink which was $1200. With no help from this company, the customer reached out to my company for help on the cost of the sink. The owner of my company then reached out to a rep for the brand of sink and from there it was forwarded on to the correct territory and a credit was issued to the customer. Being in customer service for over 20 years, I personally felt like this could have been taken care of on winsupplys behalf. It wasn’t. Knowing that they wouldn’t even exhaust their resources to help a customer out would discourage me from buying anything at all from them."
