"I went in for one thing and came out with something completely different. And that was because of the great service of the staff. The girl gave very helpful suggestions and my hair has never been better!!! I will definitely be returning."
"Staff is always on point and ready to help answer any questions!"
"Excellent customer service & they always have everything in stock! My online order was missing a few things and Emily went above and behind to help find them. Absolutely love this store!!"
"Just wanted to say I had a good experience with Sally’s in Murphy. I had bought the item what I thought l was an all on one hair dryer but was actually a stying tool . Trina was very sweet and gave me a full refund . She said she was sorry it didn’t work out and was quick and efficient."
"I've been there on three occasions and every time has been more disappointing than the last. Everything I ask about is something they no longer carry (with their already extremely limited selection of products) or items they can't say when they will restock. Today, I finally found something worth buying while getting hair color for a friend, but the sales associate pretended not to have the common sense to honor their own pricing. There was a BOGO deal on Shea Moisture products (buy two get one free). I picked up three items priced at $10.99, but they rung up $13.99 each. I showed the associate who responded "Well these prices are just wrong on the shelf". She took the price tag down, went back to the counter and said that she would adjust it for me, but thats not what she did. She took the price of ONE product down to $10.99, which caused the system not to recognize the deal and made the free item to go back to $13.99. Instead of the $21.98 advertised, it rang up $38.97 and she ignorantly said "You would have come out better with the buy one get one free". Needless to say, it was a no for me and their terrible customer service. I'd rather go to Walgreens."
