"If I could give these guys (Sam, John, David, and TJ) more than 5 stars, I would. I am a novice when it comes to cars so when I brought in my first car because something just felt “off” with it, I didn’t expect to be treated with the amazing service that I did. They kept my car overnight to run an inspection on it in the morning and the next day, they called multiple times updating me on the services that were being done with my car and when I came to pick her up, they showed me the parts that were replaced and answered all my questions in a way that I can understand. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I would recommend this place to anyone in Hickory or surrounding."

"Pros: staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Quick service and comfortable waiting area. Cons: parts seemed a bit pricey, but I believe that they use OEM parts as compared to autozone parts."
