"Stopped by there due to a leaking tire. They diagnosed the problem as a leaking valve stem. They replaced the stem and didn’t charge anything for it. The guys in the office were very nice and very professional. I highly recommend this location! This is my new favorite tire store!"
"They changed the tires on my car quickly and safely. I found the attention friendly and warm. I will definitely continue visiting them for other maintenance issues. Excellent. Very professional"
"Not a helpful place, especially if you have any problems with a moped tire, they refuse to do anything with it..."
"I went there to have my rotors and my brakes changed and Josh. He is very rude, very hateful. I had my rotors replaced in my breaks on 723 of this year. They done a sorry job and I'll called. I cut my car back up there. And they told me that there is not nothing wrong with my car. And I need to drive my car more. But new rotors and new brakes do not make noises like squealing. And slide in. And I took it somewhere else to have to work done. Do you research frist"
"The name of the store is “Mr tire” so I took my camper tire (20.5 x 8-10 ) to them for a replacement and installation. However, they immediately turned me away stating “we don’t do trailer tires, they don’t fit into our installation machine well.” I stopped at a small tire shop in Robinsville NC, ( very small town) last summer and they were able to handle this job NO PROBLEM. How do you not have the capability to handle this type of tire, when it is your entire marketing point? Also while I was leaving, someone that was walking in condescendingly said “you’re welcome” because he was holding the door. Not sure if he was part of the team or just a customer, but it was a terrible experience. I’ve had better experiences at this location in the past but I will no longer refer or step foot in that establishment again. Update- Town and Country on Lenoir Rhyne BLVD ordered, delivered, and had it installed In just under 2 hours!"
