"This was my first time going here, they were steady when I came in but it didn’t seem hectic. I arrived 15 min early to my appointment and they got started on my nails shortly after I checked in. They were very considerate, letting me know that if anything they do hurt to tell them. That was very reassuring for someone like me who doesn’t particularly speak up in certain situations. Maria did my nails and I appreciated her transparency, letting me know as I was picking out colors that it wouldn’t be the exact shade as in my reference photo but that we could get it close (I never expect it to be the exact color, but I appreciated her telling me). She brought me the different colors, gave me her suggestions, and told me to take my time deciding. She also asked if I’d like to keep the length of my nails or trim them before putting on the acrylic tips, which I have never been asked before! I like my natural nail long and every time I get a set, other nail places will usually just trim all my length off. So I greatly appreciated her asking me first! She showed great consideration and amazing attention to detail, I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush the process and I felt like I was actually being taken care of! The one and only reason I didn’t give the place 5 stars is because I felt I paid a little too much for my service. I really wanted to tip her, but the total was more than I had anticipated."
