"Zach was very helpful when we came in to buy skateboard gear for our son. We intentionally wanted to buy from a local business but had a bad experience at a different shop in Knoxville. He was happy to educate us in a non-condescending way and he went above and beyond setting everything up we purchased. I ended up spending even more because of his great customer service.
