"We had an issue with our battery and went to a local shop. They told us our 2019 F-150 needed a new Alternator & New Battery. My husband and I drove straight to Fort Mill Ford, this was the Thurs. before Christmas. We fully trust them, we have purchased 5 new vehicles from them and always have serviced with their team. To our great joy it was just the Battery, no alternator needed, they replaced it and we received a 3yr warranty on the battery. Saved our $$ for Christmas. Thank you Fort Mill Ford once again!"

"They used to do good work. Unfortunately today, for the second time in 6-months, I returned from a business trip having dropped my truck off and they still had not completed the Recall work nor did they even change the oil or the maintenance as promised. Last time I left the truck for 7-says and same problem - no repair made. Can’t work with a business that doesn’t do the work they promise. Will never work with them again. To reply to your response. Why were you “glad” you were able to speak with me in person? Telling someone they didn’t do their job in-person isn’t better than over the phone…. you still didn’t do the work…"

"Sadly, this place is a joke. Booked in for an oil change/tire rotation and told them I'd wait since it's quick. On arrival, ignored by the first 3 service staff until eventually asked if I need help. Then told that despite having booked it in to wait, they're backed up and it'll be over 3 hours. I asked why they didn't call me to let me know and possibly reschedule. The manager told me they don't have staff to do that. If you absolutely desperate, they might be useful. Otherwise, go anywhere else. On exiting Fort Mill Ford, I booked same service at another Ford Dealer in NC and it'll be done before Fort Mill Ford would have gotten it done. Useless."

"Purchased my car from FM Ford 2 years ago in April. Although my car is a lexus i’ve just always gotten all my services done here at the dealership because it’s convenient.. I also feel like it’s not an uncommon thing to do either.. Anyways i’ve been getting my oil changes here the last 2 years, no issues, no special orders. I’ve always had great experiences up until my last 2 visits. In December at my last oil change the guy was rude to me about the lock thing for my tires to be able to rotate them and then they even tried to keep my personal one at the end of the service until I said something lol.. But I let it go and made an appointment for an oil change for today… Well that didn’t happen… The rude man at the door informed me they wouldn’t be doing my oil change today and wouldn’t be able to going forward because they would have to order a filter for it.. Ok understandable but i’ve been getting it done here for months with no issues???? Also my appointment was scheduled in advanced, why wasn’t I notified it was canceled or couldn’t be performed?? My time is precious on a Saturday… And it was how rude the man at the door represented himself. You all should really look into some new employment. You lost a customer for life.. Which is unfortunate because your salesman Sam is the best, and one of the best salesman i’ve ever had the pleasure of working with."
