"This was my first visit at Fresh Dental and it was wonderful starting with the front desk staff greeting me and checking me in very quickly. Really liked my dentist - Dr. Bouali - it was very interesting talking to him, personally, as well as about my treatment. He made me feel very comfortable during my treatment - I am glad that I switched to this dental office."

"I took my kids there a couple years ago. I thought the dentist was rude, and he was short with people. He always sounded like he was angry and yelling. The X-ray machines never worked right, and they would have to retake. The part that bothers me the most is I had them put preventative sealants on my son’s back teeth. That was the worse mistake ever. He has had 10 cavities that have formed under the sealants. He had 5 cavities within 9 months of getting the sealants. His new dentist said it was a bad job that was done and it trapped sugar and bacteria inside the sealant with no way of getting out. I waited so long to do a review, but those sealants are a gift that just keeps on giving. He just had 2 more cavities filled today, and a different dentist mentioned again that it was a cavity under the sealants and for this to stop happening, they will need to try and remove the sealants which doesn’t sound easy. There are so many dentist offices to choose from. Do yourself a favor and keep looking somewhere else. If you must go here, make sure there equipment works, and think long and hard about sealants. It has been a bad experience for my son and expensive for me to pay for all these cavities from something g they did wrong which caused him to get these cavities."

"I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I will just open with that...Much like I bombarded my new dental hygienist with this and my fear of needles and all of the other unpleasantries that make me "not ideal" as a patient. Well, Nichole was a ROCKSTAR! She listened and approached me with all of the care I required. She explained the procedure (two part) and all of the various steps. She was gentle and thorough and my experience was not one iota as bad as I expected. In fact, being able to laugh about my anxiety meant there was even laughter involved! So much so, that when I had to come back for part two - it was like we were old friends! Part two is complete and I couldn't be happier with the services provided. I am going back for the cleaning and actually looking forward to getting everything completed - but knowing Nicole was tasked with my procedure from start to finish also made me feel really comfortable. "I had previously given this place a 1 star review in late 2021. Not sure how/why it was removed... My wife and I had appointments here for a free consultation. My wife's appointment was first. She said they had a high-pressure sales tactic. The dentist kept popping in and recommending services that weren't needed. It was almost comical. I ended up canceling my appointment. The visit was supposed to be a free consultation, and we are now finding out that they charged our insurance for services. My wife had a recent appointment at a different dentist and we are having to pay out of pocket for some services due to Fresh Dental charging insurance for services that were supposed to be free. I'd recommend looking for a different dentist. But if you do decide to come here, keep an eye on your insurance claims and watch out for the high-pressure sales tactics. You shouldn't have to deal with this at a dentist."
