So we took our money and business right up the road to fashion nails and will continue to do so. At least they understand customer service and honor the hours of operation they have posted."

"I went in to get my nails done. I’ve been fighting an infection for over a week now, and I just wanted to do something nice for myself. We didn’t even get the polish off before I started to become incredibly lightheaded and not okay. The patience, understanding, and kindness shown to me was honestly amazing. Before I left I was in a full blown panic attack. I had felt perfectly fine so I had went alone. This phenomenal nail tech took such good care of me and kept checking in until someone was able to come get me and take me home. So to the tech with the awesome tattoos and colorful hair there— THANK YOU. From the bottom of my heart. She deserves recognition for how well she handled the situation. She truly made sure I was okay and insisted that me feeling better was the most important thing. Thanks to her I didn’t actually pass out and was able to make it back home safely while also not being made to feel like a burden for getting sick randomly. I’m just so, so grateful they didn’t kick me out of the shop or make me feel worse than I did. Truly above and beyond on the customer service."

"I went in to get a few nails fixed and she said she was going to charge me for a full set instead of just fixing my nails because I also needed a fill in. And the matte polish begin to chip on every to nails, within the first week of her doing my nails. It is not worth the price that they make you pay.And yes I do understand that my nails are slightly long so I get that, but there is no excuse for bad service I at rue 21 Which is it a hands-on job to cause me to break my nails so I really think that it's bad service and bad products. Because I have been there several times and every time I go back for fill in something is broke and then they charge me because it's broke"
