"If these guys ain't got it or can't fix it. You don't need it"
"Trent the owner here is very friendly, very knowledgeable about all the supplies he stocks, knowledgeable about all things Landscaping in general so when you have an issue he knows the solution. It’s a great resource for us to be able to call or ride by the shop and get a suggestion and the tool/material we need to deliver a great product/service to our customer."
"Why would anybody that want’s it done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, go anywhere else, want a be’s like the red vest part timers just aren’t equipped, with service or product. Trent and Andrew have actual experience and it shows. Steve S"

"It wasn't just the poor service or the thought process behind the following that bothered me, it was the attitude from the get go. Attitude that most of us have probably all experienced or seen at one time or another over the years from someone that thinks they don't need to provide good service or make things right when something goes wrong. I bought pull rope from this store about a year ago, installed it, and it has snapped within that period of time. I probably have to mow my lawn about 10 times a year, so it isn't getting a bunch of use. The previous manufacturer's rope lasted for around 10 years. The rope from this store obviously seems to be sub par. I took it back to the store and talked to the repair person, stating the facts calmly that I had the rope for a year, it broke, and I was looking to purchase the original manufactures rope and believed it would be fair to at least get a discount on reinstalling the pull string since the original rope that was sold was faulty. The repair guy came across as one of those that is just waiting to say no or attempt to blame me somehow for the broken rope. At the same time what was perhaps an owner or manager came over, I repeated the same facts. After his rude response and poor service I see how the repair guy got trained. He said that rope was the "best in the industry", which doesn't say much for the "industry" and doesn't make sense given the length of time it lasted. He mentioned that it looked like it may have broken at the knot, and I said perhaps, but it doesn't really matter where it broke, it broke... as shown by the frayed string. He agreed. So I again said I was looking for the original manufacturers rope and thought a discount on labor would be fair. Really if it was me and I sold poor quality rope that broke in a year, and the customer took their time to replace it, I wouldn't expect them to have to take their time to again replace the rope. I would feel bad that I sold them poor rope and replace it for free. What I was proposing was even less than I would expect of good service, to replace it at a slight discount ($10 instead of $15), a very fair compromise in my sight. But no, in line with his determination to not make things right, he only wanted to provide me with some more of the same poor quality rope, which is worth nothing to me because I don't want to have to replace the rope every year. He kept justifying in his mind no discount, by saying I didn't pay to have it installed before, so he wasn't going to give a discount. That made no sense. I guess he felt like my time was worth nothing and I should just waste more of my time, take the same poor quality rope and install myself again. I won't be going here again and I don't recommend others buy anything from here that may possibly break or be of low quality, because if you run into trouble with your purchase, you'll just be heading back into more if you want them to make it right."
