"Had a great experience getting new flooring for our home. Travis, the owner, spent a lot of time with us at the showroom, educating us about the various flooring options, from luxury vinyl to hardwood to reclaimed hardwood. He went over materials and labor pricing, different installation processes, and the pros and cons of each material. Then he came out to our house, and helped us sort out what would work best given our budget and the particulars of our house/the current flooring. His small team of installers were terrific--very kind, very careful, and excellent problem-solvers for the few extra tricky install areas. The flooring looks fantastic--the materials were as good as promised, as was the install. There was one small glitch with the joinery from floor to baseboard that we weren't satisfied with, and Travis came out promptly, agreed with us, and made it more than right at no further cost. We are 100% satisfied and happy with our new floors, as well as very appreciative of how Arbor Zen works with their customers. Top recommendation from us!"
