"I don’t know there names of the individuals but this dark-skinned women was cutting my hair and I told her that she messed up then she proceeded to become smart with me and throw things back onto her station when I told her it’s okay and it’s a little miss communication. The other women working then take me to fix me up and the dark skinned women proceeded to still act smart with me as she had another customer when I was sitting beside her. You ma’am need to be more ethical and it’s “not a waste of your time” it’s your job so there’s no need to be extra about it. Thank you for your time."
"Older lady cut my hair, very very very uneven and she tried to end the cut 8 minutes after starting, I asked her to trim up my layers and not just ends, she quickly chopped thru my hair and I ended up just paying and leaving. Terrible experience and she’s the crappiest beautician I’ve ever experienced, not one piece of my hair actually looks even with the other side. Will never return and will discourage any one whom may try to go here for a cut."
