"Went in this morning to exchange lottery tickets and purchase 2 tobacco products. The older African American lady working the register was extremely rude from the start. She made it very clear she did not want to help my boyfriend and I. She refused to grab the correct items. Kept saying they were out of items that we could see with our own eyes. She then snatched the items we had already paid for back told us we were holding up her line and refused us service. She was extremely nasty and should not longer be employed. Jay the owner is a nice guy with good prices but with people like that working for him he shouldn’t even be allowed to stay open. Why would you turn away a 50$ sale. I have been calling all day and will continue to call until I speak to the manager."
