"we were traveling from Colorado Springs to our new home in Raleigh when our brakes failed. we were lucky to pull into Old Fort and found Twisted Rod. They were awesome! They took the car and quickly assessed that our brakes def would need to be repaired. we thought we would be there for a couple of days- but they pulled our car on the lift and finished the job in a 1/2 hour. while we waited (with our dog) the staff was attentive, so kind and when we paid the bill.. their work was perfect and we were on the way. They were honest and we appreciated that. We were back on the road with new brakes and made Raleigh within 3 hours. We could have not asked for better service in a time of crisis!"
