"This will come as no shock to the repair managers sitting at their little podiums in the garage area, but my visit (5-27) was handled poorly and is a reflection of the importance ownership places on customer service. The purpose of my visit was to simply ask a tech about an overheating problem I am having with my Cadillac. Mr. Podium Guy told me the man I needed to see was his shop foreman who was cleaning up "a room". He called him letting him know I was going to wait for him in the visitors lounge. After an one hour wait, I had other appointments and told Mr. Podium Guy I had to go. I hope that room is clean. I am no more or no less important than anybody else, and I understand being busy or shorthanded, but you will find I am a regular customer to your maintenance department.
