"Theyre so rude.... charged me for a dip and manicure and didn't even get a manicure, they just dipped, sanded and said wash. There is activator or whatever all over my fingers, that washing isn't getting off. That lady is awful"

"Horrible experience! I went in for a pedicure. I can’t believe how rude they were. My toe was cut, with no apology. There is a sign where you pay about charging extra for credit cards. It’s not posted anywhere else. So, $5 was added to my bill for paying with a credit card."

"I know my nails are not perfect butttttt The “blue” nail broke off so I wanted to at least get that one fixed. I told them “him” it was blue he seen it was blue and told me that there was nothing else he could do. So I just left even though I payed him for a black nail. I could have acting out of character but I just left. Horrible I rated a 2 because it’s a cute nail but NOT what I payed for!!!!"

"Went on a Monday to get a acrylic set.. that Thursday 2 of my nails popped off like it was nothing. Went back to get them fixed and a color change, woman doing my nails insisted I get a fill… I assure her I don’t need it they are only 3 DAYS OLD. She did not want to do a accident nail…. Rushed through my nails painted them terrible. Bumpy and lumpy. And not even 4 hours later my polish is PEELING OFF!? & to top of it all tried to charge for a full set. Will never be going back. Horrible attitude & atmosphere. Do not waist your time and money."

"I've been going to them for few months now the service is always excellent my nails are always well done. they last an extremely long time and compare to the last place that I went to not only are they cheaper but the quality is so much better. They're also amazingly nice and patient people. I took my BF that is disabled and while she doesn't look it because of her age it does affect her mental and other abilities they had no idea that she treated her just like anyone else and they took time to try to understand what she wanted. Which meant the world to me. My friend lost so much so for her to be able to feel normal is priceless. I know it took them longer to work with her but but they didn't get mad or angry they and just wanted to make sure that she got what she wanted and I can't give them enough praise for their customer service."
