"I hate to do this, but this place was terrible. I could've done a better job myself. The women who did my nails was not very kind, barely shaped my nails and when I went to ask her to paint an area that was clearly not painted she cut me off and shut me down. My nails are uneven throughout, some areas the paint is pooled up and goes up over my cuticles and other areas don't even reach and aren't even at all. Definitely a rough experience."

"My sister and her friend paid $165 total for this???? The wife was nothing but rude and made comments when my sister asked for her nails to be cleaned up. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible is what I’ll leave this review at."

"Absolutely horrible service. Nails are uneven length, poorly shaped, bumpy, badly painted, and have rough spots. They rush for no reason and are extremely rough on your hands to the point some people bleed! They file your natural nails down way to much to the point it burns, they dont cut your cuticles, they use the electric file on them and it hurts! They are rude and unwelcoming people. Don't come here if you care about your nail health!"

"Horrible It wasn't even 2 days later when I one already came halfway off so I had to use nail glue to put it back on. I've never had that happen so soon and I've been getting my nails done since I was a little kid. I took my niece to get hers done for the very first time this time and was very disappointed I shouldn't have tipped as well as I did but the guy that did our nails was very friendly we just went to late in the day and I think they was all just ready to get out of there."

"Been going here for years off & on. Scott does a GREAT job & is always nice. His wife however, is a different story. Rude, rude, rude. I understand it truly maybe a language barrier. If so, then be respectful & both parties can work harder on that. But to just say “more charge” than to simply answer my question?? She had me in tears as I was leaving bc I was so frustrated & embarrassed. Ridiculous. If I go back, I will not be letting her do any work for me. Unfortunately another customer walked out too bc of how it was handled. So unprofessional. Plus, the “dip” was thin on my left hand especially & looks purple & white instead of the full light purple it should be. Maybe it’s bc they do paint on the clear even when doing the dip powder. Not sure, because I had a hard time getting a question answered. I love supporting small businesses too. But I should leave feeling half way satisfied too!?!?!!"
