"Was really upset tofind out they wouldn't let my granddaughter come back for her 2nd cleaning. Said they wouldn't see her til after first of year. Also the lady at Newport office is alot beter than Greeneville. They are very rude añd they could care less if your child teeth are hurting or not. I wish they were more places that took teencare. If they were I sure wouldn't go here."

"I am posting as Sheila Dabbs. I was able to get my initial appointment with Dr Smith today. He and his associates could not possibly have been any more professional, caring, gentle, non-critical, efficient, and friendly overall. I was extremely impressed. I went in as a first timer, dreading everything about every process, and could not have been more pleasantly surprised, considering all my problems. I have been touldlo many dentists and dental specialists over the years, and I am as pleased with Dr Smith and his staff as I would ever hope to b with anyone! Please know that u will not only feel like u r in good hands, u will definitely BE in GREAT hands, and that's inclusive of every member of the staff that I came in contact with."

"Very rude and short with people. They are unwilling to work with patients or their insurance. Had an insurance representative on the phone telling them what coverage my son had and they argued with the insurance company! We will be finding a new dentist and everyone else should too."

"I didn't realize there where two different plans under tenncare and with bluecross, blueshield. I had called Thursday on February 16th and the receptionist was very sweet and very nice but I didn't have my insurance card on me (my mistake). She said I could call back or leave a message with my member ID and she'd handle it. unfortunately with work I could only call them back today. When I called to give them my member ID and when the receptionist realized I didn't have the plan they covered she was very snippy and bit my head off. I was confused and just wanted clarification and I didn't get any attitude with her but she was just very rude. Whoever u spoke to today should really think about their attitude or take notes from the sweet receptionist I spoke to last Thursday."

And the receptionist is horrible they told my grandson that he could come at 1st and then they called him back and told him that he wasn't able to come there they gave no reason he went to a other dentist in Morristown I had to stop taking him because he was over the Age limit so therefore I was referred to Stephen Smith's office and I'm telling you right now I won't ever call them back they are the rudest people and the most disrespectful people I've ever met in the office they look down on people who have teen care I don't refer them to anyone"
