"My property management company happens to change door locks quite often every time a new tenant moves in. Safety of our client is top most priority. So I decided to surprise my maintenance crew with a power chisel so they don't have to keep hammering away all the time. I called Klingspor Shop and a pleasant gentlemen by the name of Dave answered my phone. We went through a few options and I decided to pick up an Arbortec power chisel from the store. When I arrived at the store which is located pretty close to Hanes Shopping Mall in Winston Salem......I was totally blow away with what they had. This is a woodworking enthusiast's dream come true. They would be like a kid in a candy store. Anything related to woodwork.....Kingspor has it. I also got to meet Dave in person and it was an absolute delight. He is absolutely knowledgeable about woodwork and his customer service was on point. He was even more joy to work in person than on the phone.. They have everything from carvers, chisels, saws, lathe machines, planers, sandpaper.....like everything. I just loved it and will not go anywhere else anymore if it's related to woodwork. This store is located in the Pavillion Shopping center. Hence there is plenty of parking around. Also, it is right off the Hanes Mall Blvd exit on I-40. So getting to this store is pretty quick by avoiding main street traffic."
