"Richard and his team have always taken good care of all my vehicles and never presented anything below exceptional customer service."
"Awesome service good prices and the staff is very friendly great local shop to get work done to your car."
"For starters I was told I was getting three tires instead I got two then they got my car stuck on a lift and then they forgot to do my alignment and also forgot to put my wheel lock back on and then refuse a price drop for me to have to drive back to walnut cove from Kernersville to get my alignment done that was suppose to be done today and get my wheel lock back that's ok though I'll be back tomorrow for my wheel lock and alignment and then I will never bring my business back here unless somebody is willing to fix this horrible experience"
"They charged me 55$ to drain my Anti-Freeze out of my car and refill it, and I bought my own Anti-Freeze! The lady up front is always rude as hell and they charged whatever amount of money they feel like. You'd be better off finding a place in Winston Salem. It is farther of a drive, but at least you won't get robbed."
"Every time I'v been here, I have been treated very well. They recently fixed the shimmy I had by tightening the lugs on the wheel. Imagine my surprise since I had recently purchased new tires and was told the shimmy was the wheel bearing. Thanks Richard and crew. You guys have me as a lifetime problem... I mean customer. ;)"
