"I would like to give a big shout out to Mike and the crew at Goats RV Repairs. We started noticing our floor was softening around the entrance doorway of our 2019 Grand Design 5th wheel back in the spring. Of course, my first thought was to get it to the dealership and see what was going on, until my son introduced me to Mike and the team at Goats RV Repairs. Goats had done some work for my son on his camper on several occasions, and it didn’t take me long to see how knowledgeable, friendly, and professional these folks are. And the fact that they were making every effort to keep my son’s repairs within his budget, without sacrificing quality repair work. I like what I saw…..We camp about every other weekend in the fall so getting my camper in the shop for major repair work was tough to schedule. Mike had me drop it off for the initial evaluation to determine exactly what they were dealing with. So, I dropped it off and told Mike I needed back for a camping trip the next weekend. Within a couple days they had ripped the floor up and identified the rotted-out areas and was able to make a determination of where the water was coming in, but we were still not exactly sure why it was leaking. Mike put everything back together and shore up the area in front of the door, so we didn’t fall through and called me to come get it. Roughly a month later I took it back to Goats for the repair work. Mike had told me from the get-go that they would be able to repair anything in the RV, but they would not repair anything until they found the root cause for the leak. When they started tearing into the front slide out, they found two major bolts that had broken off, which was allowing the slide to pull away from the front of the RV at the top and letting water into the wall, which made its way down to the floor and causing the floor to rot. “Root Cause Identified”. From there they ripped out the old floor and replaced it with a new floor and made sure that the floor was secure and there was no growing rot or mold left behind. When I came to pick it up Mike gave it the final functional “stamp of approval” by standing on the rotted area and jumping up and down! With all this being said, yes we are very happy with the repair work, very happy with the friendly service, very happy with the responsiveness of a return phone call or text message every time I contacted Mike, very happy about the fact that the repair work comes with a lifetime warranty and last but certainly not least (especially at Christmas time) we were extremely happy about the cost of repairs. I certainly don’t expect something for nothing but I do feel like Goats RV Repair made every effort to keep the cost reasonable and affordable for us………Would I highly recommend Goats RV Repair? Heck yea!!!"
"I had my RV at the dealership for some very expensive repairs and figured I needed a second opinion. On recommendation from a friend I reached out to Goats. Thank God I did. Not only did they repair the 2 problems I had but they did it for less than half of what the dealer quoted. A new roof and some floor repairs from a leaking fridge and I am back on the road. Mike and Ken kept in constant contact with me along the whole process. Every time they called it felt like talking to an old friend. Great guys, great prices and superior work and craftsmanship! I will definitely go back for any other needs that come my way. They even washed the unit for me (which I was not expecting) I live an hour from their shop and it's definitely worth the trip. Genuinely good guys which is hard to come by these days! Keep up the great work and thank you so much for doing what you do!"
"I can't say enough good about the team at Goats RV Repair. We were staying at Greystone RV Park in Pinnacle NC. Our AC started icing up during the night. High 90s during the day. I called and they came out that day. Our unit had a leak and they were able to have a new one installed the next day. What service!. They were professional in every way. A big thanks to Goat and his team"
"Mike is a "GREAT" guy. Goat's RV Repair is equipped to take care of all your RV needs. His team is very knowledgeable in what they do. They get you in and out of their shop quickly. Couldn't ask for a better group to work on my RV. "HIGHLY RECOMMEND"!!!!!"
"My husband and I arrived at Greystone RV Park to find the tread completely gone from our left rear camper tire. When it came off on the highway, it damaged the jack's wiring on that same side. Goat showed minutes after our call to assess the repairs needed, and within 24 hours, he had installed four new tires and replaced the wiring for the jack - we didn't have to pull in our slides. Heck, he did the repairs while I showered and cooked breakfast. He was friendly, professional, highly recommended by another rv repairman, and his price was very good. We feel strongly that God protected our travels - no one was hurt, we arrived safely, and He even placed us three miles from Goat. We are extremely grateful as we near return to our home on our new tires. Our journey has been a safe, uneventful one home. Thank you, Goat!!"
