"I drove an hour out to return/exchange a pair of shoes within the return window of 90s days and I was denied. I didn't have the original box the shoes came in so I was not assisted. So I ended up returning the shoes in a different box via FedEx. Online the steps say you can put it in a box similar to the packaging, but it doesntvhve to be "original" packaging. The whole point I drove all the way out was to shop around for another pair...super frustrating. Make sure to save the original boxes I guess or else you will not get any assistance"

The woman that helped me was great and even offered to save sizes for me in case the ones I ordered were too small! They fit great and are pretty comfortable. I'm super happy and I love my shoes!!"
