"Before you consider going to this office and Dr. Andrew Kelly you should definitely go to the NC Dental Board website and see just how bad he is! I would not go back to this office for any reason! I made the mistake of not checking the Dental Board before going. They were very nice and friendly while they were waiting for me to pay $22,000 up front for dental implants. My first hint of future treatment should have been when he told me how badly I behaved while I was under anesthesia. While waiting for the final implants and wearing temporaries I bit down on a sandwich and they broke completely in to. It was of course a Saturday, but I left a message on his cell phone and his assistant's, the response was unbelievable! He must have thought the message was going only to her (Candace) . It was a picture of a man's head with the top exploding and the words "What the fu-- !" His response back from Candace was, "I'm so tired of her." They have since deleted it, but I saved it elsewhere the day I got it. He apologized several times, as he was shocked when I let him know it came to me. His wife, Shirley is his office manager and files insurance, which she is in no hurry to do, once she receives their money up front. The last time I was there was for a cleaning, which I thought was for cleaning my implants. Instead the hygienist started cleaning my other teeth. When I told her, she began cleaning under the implants. I paid $125 when I went in and then they said I had to pay another $50. I told her I would not pay, as I had two dental insurances. I have yet to receive anything from my insurance company that the visit was filed.The only nice and professional person in the office is Ira, a dental assistant. I could write pages of negative information here, but instead will give all of that to the Dental Board. Take my advise and don't go here!"

"Very kind and professional. The front office staff was very friendly and punctual. Dr. Kelly asked what I wanted, told me what I needed, and made a detailed plan to make both happen. Shirley broke down what needed to be done after my visit with Dr. Kelly and the costs associated with everything so wonderfully and explained everything and made sure I understood. Every question answered. I could not have been happier. I have never experienced the level of time and effort this office puts into its patients and their care. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know."
