"I’ve been a patient here for almost 6 years and have never had an issue. They were very professional, and very efficient. I was in @8 am and was done fully with X-rays, cleaning and planning for my next visit in no time. I didn’t miss out on any time at all from work. I’ve only had to reschedule a few times in the 6 years being there and they have been very helpful in making sure I’m seen as soon as possible. Sometimes things happen that isn’t controllable and yet they still make sure I’m taken care of. Definitely will keep going, 10/10"

"First time I called in 2022, I had great service and everyone was friendly. Ever since then it has been down hill. Had an appointment in April that got cancelled because hygienist called in sick. Called multiple times after to schedule an appointment and never an answer. After 6 different attempts on different days, I finally got an answer. I told them I wanted to schedule an appointment and got hung up on. Will not return."

"I made my first appointment in August, and they called me the day before to cancel stating that they would not have a dental hygienist in the office that day. So when I called back I talked with a young lady who was very disorganized, could not have cared less and took forever to find me a date and time to reschedule. But I made my appointment for all the way out in October. And now my appointment has been canceled again because of the same reason that they would not have a dental hygienist in the office that day. So I called them back and let them know I did not wish to reschedule my appointment and would be finding another dentist. Meanwhile in the background I hear staff shouting and goofing off."

"Been going to appointments at friendly dental for about a year now and after some patience and hopes that things would turn around I have reached my limit. The fillings I have gotten done here almost always need a follow up visit to correct the bite causing immense amounts of pain and extra time away from work. They are constantly rescheduling appointments at the last minute and when I book appointments for certain services, they never have enough time to complete everything I came for. Today was probably the 3rd or 4th time since the beginning of the summer I have been asked to reschedule the day before the appointment. After many days of rearranging my work schedule and taking time off to try and accommodate their inconsistency, I have made the decision to find a new dentist with more professionalism and respect for patients time…hoping for better quality work as well."

"I had my teeth cleaned here on 2 or 3 previous visits but today will be my last. Very unfriendly young lady who escorted me to the room and took my x-rays. Didn’t even speak to me accept to ask if anything changed since my last visit - no hello - good morning. Nothing! Didn’t even tell me or warn me she was putting the device in my mouth to take x rays! At the end of the session she says ” you can go back up front “ she was so unpleasant! My previous visits there and the assistants were very nice and attentive. Not this young lady! The front receptionist kept calling me " sweetie". Cringy and unprofessional! Address your clients by their last names please. I made an appointment to come back in six months but I will be canceling that. I never want to see that place again. The only reason I’m giving stars is because the hygienist and the doctor was nice."
