"The X-ray person took 17 pictures of my mouth. Not sure she knew what she was doing. Aside from that she was touching her gloved hands over the computer and light switch and then back into my mouth. I was too embarrassed to say anything but I wish I did because now I have a cold. Cleaning my teeth still feel like they have plaque but weren’t dirty to begin with. Could never recommend"

"I had been a customer for quite some time with a few year break when I moved. Went last November to have a few cavities filled while I still had insurance that they had found at a previous visit. Fast forward 6 months to my next cleaning and was recommended multiple cavities to fill, including one that was improperly filled they had done on my previous visit. Went in today to have teeth cleaned and that cavity re-done. They spent 10 minutes trying to convince me to do X-rays on the opposite side of my mouth so they could recommend proper care, and was told if I didn’t do X-rays they would decline to see me as a patient in the future. I asked all they do is fill the cavity they had previously X-rayed and found to be bad the previous time and continued to press me. In my opinion, if they needed updated X-rays to re-do a job I’ve already paid for, they should comp the X-ray as well. I chose to leave rather than let an argumentative dentist I no longer trust touch my teeth. I’ll have a second opinion soon and, unfortunately, be paying someone else to fill a cavity this dentist did improperly. Extremely disappointed."
