"My 2 kids went here. It started great with great hygienists and Dr Kizer was great too. We went once after COVID and all of the hygienist were different, I was told they came from UDA across tge street for adults. My autistic son was having a lot of anxiety with the X-RAY with the piece of cardboard in his mouth. The hygienist was the meanest witch on the planet, had no idea how to work with kids in a PEDIATRIC dental office. Nope, we can't do this today! He's gonna have to come back, we're not gonna have time to even clean his teeth, very loud and nasty to me in front of my kid. I made an appointment again, and same lady again. Nope! Absolutely horrible experience. When another hygienist saw what was going on, I believe her name was Jan. She was able to talk to my son, explain the process in a calm manner and really worked with him. Everytime, I tried to do the same, the first witch would cut me off, ughhh out of time, ugghhhh it's so easy. Jan was able to get his XRays and do his cleaning and it was night and day experience. When I called back to make his next appointment I was told I couldn't request hygienists, so I don't know if Jan is there or not, but I wasn't going to put myself or my son through a horrible experience again. We have found a new office in Clemmons as well who work well with a kid and autistic needs as any Pediatric office should."

"We've been seeing Dr. Kizer for about 9 years. I honestly can say he is the best pediatric dentist there could be. He interacts with the children, is to the point & very patient."

"DO NOT choose Dr Kizer if your child as anxiety your child will NOT be shown patience empathy care concern understanding NOT ANYTHING CLOSE . If they show even the smallest hint of being afraid of a tooth extraction he will immediately give up send you home and tell you they have to be given general anesthesia . If you disagree then you are told to find a new dentist office (which I will gladly do)I do not understand how this man is a pediatric specialist. My daughter cried and flinched as the needle was coming to her mouth and that was it. He ended the appointment no talking to her no trying to calm her or explain no trying again. Sent her home and said put her under. When I said I do not want GA I gave her a talk to give it another chance about the procedure and prepared her he said no find another dentist he will not touch her without GA. Such care and patience let me tell you. I’m telling you I don’t know what child wouldn’t flinch at their first needle and extraction and what PEDIATRIC dentist who in turn seems angry at the child and sends them home without any intervention or empathy. 0/10 Thankyou for giving my daughter an EVEN WORSE fear of dentistry."

"Wonderful office! The staff and hygienists are patient and friendly. Dr. Kizer is wonderful with the kids. He’s patient and warm, and I was very comfortable with his level of expertise and knowledge for my daughter with a rare syndrome. The office is clean, and both times we’ve gone since the pandemic we’ve been the only family that I’ve seen there."

"We LOVE this office. Both of my toddlers love coming here. They always remember my children’s favorite cartoon characters and make them feel very comfortable. They love going to the dentist and getting a prize for being good listeners. They ask me to take them to the dentist all of the time now. I am so grateful for an office that excelled at child centered dentistry so close to home. Thank you to the staff for your wonderful care and attention to my children!
