"I went there years ago to get wisdom teeth out. He didn't numb me right and I felt everything. The pulling, the cutting and the yanking of my teeth from my mouth. Worst experience I ever had child birth was a breeze compared to this. He also almost broke my jaw and I looked like I lost a fight against Mike Tyson. Now thanks to him everytime I go to dentist I have anxiety and panic attacks. I start shaking and try go flee. I'm to old to act like this but now I fear dentist. The thought of going scares me and sadly I need more work done."

"I have severe anxiety, despite this I still asked for my teeth removed instead of getting it rescheduled. Due to my anxiety my fight or flight response kicked in and I began shaking, they still did the work on me but acted as if I were a chore and forgot local anesthetic for one of the 3 teeth I needed removed. The only good part was the assistant of doctor Jackson’s, I don’t remember specifically who it was but she comforted me and even at one point held my hand (like I said, I was shaking and trying to calm down. I wasn’t trying to make a scene) and this made me feel a lot better while my teeth were being removed. She was very kind and considerate and it’s one of the most empathetic and amazing experiences with dental staff I’ve ever had. (Keep in mind I’m a teen so this wasn’t weird at all!)"

"Today was my first time seeing Dr. Jackson and I had a great experience. My teeth were in really bad shape and I was very worried and he helped me tremendously and reassured me that he could fix my teeth . I left today with a great smile. Frankie was his helper and she was extremely polite and helpful and was Dr Jackson , i would definitely recommend seeing them!"

"The worst experience in my life for my daughter. The front desk women were the most rude people I have ever met. Not professional at all. In fact very disrespectful and unwilling to send her x-rays to the oral surgeon in High Point. When the surgeon called them, they were rude to them and hung up on them. We called to see when the x-rays would be there they told us to NEVER call them again and hung up on us too. So we lost 2 hours of driving time, sitting 4 hours waiting on the x-rays that were never sent and the surgery was never done. Don't waste your time with this office. It is truly sad."

"I called to get new patient appointments for my daughter and I today. I had been referred to Dr. Jackson by family members that see him. They were always able to get in when needed without issue. The lady who answered was so curt and said they were not booking until October. I told her that I would go ahead and make the apt, then she RUDELY said "well, if you are going to go ahead and make the apt and look somewhere else, you need to do that first". My reply was "that's fine I wont even bother with you, thank you". Dr. Jackson may be wonderful but his front desk is very unwelcoming. I WANTED to make an appointment with the hopes that they could later move it up if they had cancellations, not find another dentist, but she was so rude and didn't give the opportunity for me to explain. I don't want to go to any environment where there are snarky attitudes. So, with my great dental insurance...I go to a different dentist! And I will let family and friends know."
