"My husband was blessed enough to survive a terrible accident a few days ago. This place acts as a monopoly when other towing services aren’t available. We watched them load the truck up, and they seemed nice. When my husband went to pick up the vehicle, he was charged $675 for a simple tow. They claimed to have used “special equipment,” but we watched them load it, and they did NOT use special equipment. I’ve had very similar tows done for around $100. This is a RIDICULOUS company. A clown company. We do not recommend them at all. The picture I have posted here shows that our truck was right side up. We wish we had known about City Block towing in the area."
